Felix Montalvo

Felix Montalvo was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. At the age of 8 he started playing the drums at his local church. He started to study music when he took part of Guayanilla’s School Band in 1995. In 1998 he participated in the Macy’s Parade, in 2001 the Rose Parade and that same year in the Drum Corps Camp in Philadelphia. He has had the privilege of working with Héctor “El Father” Delgado, Jacobo Ramos, Claudina Brinn, Lourdes Toledo, Jaime De León , Jaime Rosas, Juan Carlos Rosas, Yashira Guidini, Lorel Quiles, Nimsy López among others.
Felix has also participated with musicians like Alan Cruz, Edwin Colón Zayas, Cándido Reyes, Manolo Ramos and corporate music.
