Daizalee Felix

Daizalee Mar Félix Bermúdez was born in Aibonito, Puerto Rico, but grew up in Cidra, Puerto Rico. She is a music educator with 12 years of experience and a drummer and percussionist with 11 years of experience. She is currently on tour with salsa artist, Jerry Rivera, playing the timbales. Throughout her professional career, she has collaborated with groups and major artists such as Tito Nieves, the Son Divas orchestra, La India, Danny Rivera, Nydia Caro, Alberto Carrión, Armando Manzanero, José Nogueras, Dagmar, Olga Tañón, Giovanni Hidalgo, Eddie Palmieri, the Hermanos Sanz, Cuqui Rodríguez, and Pedro Guzmán (King Cabra), Tito Auger, Brenda Hopkins, Mayra Santos Febres, Moa Rivera, Luisito Vigoreaux, Alexandra Fuentes, Julio Sabala, Alejandro Primero, Aidita Encarnación, Teófilo Torres (Pateco), among others. She has taught classes at the School of Fine Arts in Comerío, the Art Music Center Academy in Caguas, the School of Fine Arts in Cayey, the Alphas of Performing Arts Academy in Caguas, the Inter American University of Caguas, and as an independent home teacher.
It is a privilege to be part of the sound of Blue Drum Heads, this project the versatility and sound quality that I need to perform with my set of instruments.
